Malpaca® 30 Day Comfort Guarantee

We are thrilled that you chose a Malpaca® bedding product! We are sure you are going to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied, please email us at lisa@malpaca.com or call 618-337-9662 to arrange a refund or exchange within 30 days and let us know why you would like to return your item. If the fill level of your pillow was not what you were expecting, please email us and and we can adjust the fill level.

Return Policy/Restocking Policy

We offer a 30-day comfort guarantee. You have 30 days from the ship date to return your goods. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, but shipping is free for returns within the US.

Although Malpaca® covers the return shipping charges, there is a 15% restocking fee on each order returned for the following reasons:

·         Buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns the item in the original condition in the return window

·         Buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns the item in the original condition outside the return window

·         Buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns the item within the return window and we receive the product damaged or materially different than how it was shipped

·         Buyer changes their mind for accidental order, better price available or no longer needed/wanted

Domestic returns shipped back using a pre-paid label may take 2-7 days to reach our headquarters. We ask that you obtain a proof of postage or note your tracking number so that if your shipment goes missing on the way back to us, you’ll have proof you sent it.

After your return has been received, please allow 1 to 3 weeks (5-15 business days) for your return to process. Our team will send a confirmation email with receipt when your refund credit has been submitted.

Malpaca® monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Exchanges

Customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the pillow for refilling.
